A forensic audit is an examination of an organization's or individual's economic affairs.

FreeDistress offers this as an optional service. For homes where the foreclosure date is between 14 and 30 days from today's date, the price is $995.00. If your foreclosure date is more than 30 days from today, the price is only $795.00.

If you elect to pay by money order, the money order must be mailed to the Free Distress office by the homeowner. Money orders that are first submitted to your affiliate will delay the process and create further delays from the Free Distress Member Application Review Department contacting you back.

You acknowledge that there is a non-refundable $100.00 member application fee to be approved for the benefits though the Free Distress Service. By submitting this member application, you also acknowledge that the Free Distress Member Application Review Department will not begin the review the member application review process without a successful payment. FreeDistress reserves the right to list any member's property on the FreeDistress Investors Exchange website to showcase the property to their FreeDistress investors worldwide.
Your member application fee can be paid by one of three methods which you have the option of selecting above under Your Payment Method:

Although the FreeDistress.com member application Review Department will make every attempt to approve your member application, you understand that in the event your member application is not approved, your member application fee will not be refunded for any reason.
FreeDistress.com is not a direct lender. FreeDistress.com is a direct property buyer that facilitates lease-to-purchase programs. FreeDistress.com negotiates home purchase agreements with financial institutions.
Within reading and accepting the terms of this document, you are giving FreeDistress.com the right to start the negotiation process with your financial institution. When FreeDistress.com reaches a settlement price that we feel will be beneficial to the homeowner and FreeDistress.com, we will notify you upon any settlement offer that we can produce.
Upon FreeDistress.com accepting any offer, a rent-to-buy option will be presented to the homeowner.
For all Forensic Audit services, once the process has started, the fees are non-refundable.

Please be advised that FreeDistress.com may share your information with our other division such as the FreeDistress.com Credit Restoration Department, so we can try to repair any potential credit issues for our clients. You acknowledge that FreeDistress is not always 100% successful in third party negotiations.
